In the CWC meeting at Port Blair, IMA has released a poster for public awareness on preventing misuse of antibiotics.
Please paste the Poster No 1 in Patient waiting area and Poster No 2 in Doctor’s chamber.

Wonderful contest :  Worth for the society

Incoming December date 22 / 25 /29 at Morbi , wonderful event is going to take place.
It is ” Ideal Mother Contest ” by Common Man Foundation trust, Morbi where mothers will undergo for contest in 3 steps regarding upbringing of their children. Mothers of children of less than 7 years of age are eligible to participate. In first step of contest there will be health check up of children. In second step there will be written test of mothers. Out of this top 11 mothers will enter in 3rd step. Now on stage they have to sing a poem , a lullaby or story telling . Till now more than 1400 mothers have registered their names. The aim to conduct this contest is there will be increased Awareness of mothers regarding upbringing of the children. Mothers will have scientific approach towards development of their children. As a result children will be more healthy, future of India will be more healthy. This contest is supported by Paediatric Association of Morbi and Paediatric Association of Gujarat.
Handsome prizes will be given to first 10 winners , and 90 more attractive prizes are there.

We wish that each branch of IMA GSB arrange this contest in their respective areas and bring awareness amongst mothers regarding upbringing of their children and make children more healthy and let India be more healthy.

Appeal for scheme
IMA at local, state and national level, runs SSS, NSSS, PPS, Health Scheme etc. All members of IMA are not aware of these schemes. Each President and secretary of local branches are requested to allot prime time during each CME and social function – at least five minutes – to create awareness amongst its members about the benefits of each
scheme. In each meeting, give details about one scheme and the benefits that accrue to the member and his/her family.

Now onwards in each issue of IMA GSB , News bulletin we will give details of each scheme. Why you should join this scheme and what are the benefits of this scheme, you will find in it. With your cooperation and genuine concern, We set a target of 10 new members for each branch , in this year. Together, We are sure, we can achieve this.
